China Grill

Founded by restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, China Grill first opened in New York City in 1987 inside the iconic CBS “Black Rock” Building, quickly becoming one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants. After more than a decade, the legendary concept has returned to Miami. Originally launched in Miami Beach in 1995, China Grill reopened on June 9 at the entrance of Bal Harbour Shops, marking a new era for one of the city’s most influential dining institutions.
