Makoto, named for Iron Chef Makoto Okuwa, offers a gracious menu that presents innovative takes on Asian classics. Chef Makoto evolves his style with playful, exquisitely presented dishes that pay tribute to Japanese tradition. Makoto seats up to 200 people in an elegant dining room and patio designed by the French firm Gilles & Boissier. While the décor is enviable, the main attraction is the sushi bar, bincho-charcoal robata grill and the sake-focused beverage menu.
