The Bal Harbour Police Legacy Foundation is a 501(c/3) organization, established in 2018 in memory of late Chiefs Mark N. Overton and Miguel “Mike” De La Rosa.

Chiefs Overton and De La Rosa were committed to building positive police and community relations, as a way of making a positive impact on children and families within the greater Miami-Dade community.
