Launched in February 2010 and based at The Sea View Hotel, the Bal Harbour Village Kids Camp is the only Miami Children’s Museum-designed Kids Camp and its first satellite program in the city! Sure, The Sea View offers a classic Floridian family vacation–prime sandcastle building on one of Miami’s best beaches, an Olympic-sized pool perfect for splashing around and even an ice cream sundae shop–but now the hotel is offering an educational program designed to teach and engage children through daily themed workshops in cooperation with the Miami Children’s Musuem. Kids can create their own masterpieces with “Little Masters,” learn about recycling and conservation with “Eco-Explorers” and prepare healthy meals with “Nutrition Mission.”
