• Every day after 3 PM, a guest can join one of our bartenders to see what is possible with Scotch Whisky.
• The Hotel’s bartender will walk them through the properties of scotch, explaining the different ways to enjoy it.
  • First, Neat. Next, on a Rock for a little dilution to balance the alcohol. Finally, in a specialty cocktail that will be made specially for the guest.
• This will feature Macallan 12 or Macallan 15
