A New Omakase Experience at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort
In partnership with Gold Standard, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort recently debuted a unique Omakase experience, available from Tuesday through Saturday weekly. Taking its name from the Japanese translation “I leave it up to you,” this 16-course Japanese-inspired dining experience features hand-selected delicacies from the resort’s celebrated chefs for an evening of exquisite flavors and surprises. Ingredients include fish flown in from Japan daily, A5 wagyu beef, and fresh garden vegetables, thoughtfully paired with the restaurant’s impressive selection of Japanese sakes and whiskeys.
